AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 12 of Lakeview Park, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
irregular width sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point being the most southern corner of said Lot 12 of Lakeview Park; thence North 00 degrees 35 minutes 53 seconds East along the western line of said Lot 12 a distance of 24.39 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 24 minutes 07 seconds East leaving said western line a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence North 00 degrees 35 minutes 53 seconds East, parallel to said western line to a point on the southern line of a 5 foot easement; thence North 61 on 08 minutes 05 seconds East along said easement to a point being the northeastern corner of the easement to be vacated; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern line of said easement to a point being a southeastern corner of said easement; thence North 89 degrees 24 minutes 07 seconds West along the southern line of the easement to be vacated, to the true point of beginning, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 291, Page 19 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1993.
