AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred One Thousand
Dollars ($101,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of PB-03 Des Peres to Frederick Lane
Sanitary Relief Phase III and Channel Improvement Phase II
(92060); and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer to enter into Contract E-770 with WVP Corporation for
the aforesaid engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred One Thousand
Dollars ($101,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of PB-03 Des Peres to
Frederick Lane Sanitary Relief Phase III and Channel Improvement
Phase II (92060).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-770 with
WVP Corporation for engineering services for the final design of
PB-03 Des Peres to Frederick Lane Sanitary Relief Phase III and
Channel Improvement Phase II (92060); and contract to be comprised
of such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the

General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
