AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Hundred Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) from the
General Fund of the District, and transferring said sum to the
General Counsel Department's 400 Account for the remainder of the
1992-93 fiscal year.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8655, adopted May 13, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for the General Counsel
Department's 400 Account, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Hundred Twenty-five
Thousand Dollars ($225,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the District, and said sum is hereby transferred
to the General Counsel Department's 400 Account for the remainder
of the 1992-93 fiscal year.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 19, 1993.
