HomeMy Public PortalAbout08880 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8880 AN ORDINANCE, repealing Ordinance No. 8786, as adopted October 14, 1992, and enacting a new Ordinance in lieu thereof, appropriating One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for architectural/engineering services for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #1 to Contract E-768 with David Mason & Associates, Inc., for said architectural/engineering services. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a deficit at the end of the current budget year, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Ordinance No. 8786, as adopted October 14, 1992, is hereby repealed. Section Two. The sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund for professional services with David Mason & Associates, Inc., for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System, M.S.D. Contract E-768, Amendment #1. Section Three. The Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment #1 to Contract E-768 2 with David Mason & Associates, Inc. for architectural/engineering services for the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow Regulation System in the City of St. Louis, Missouri. Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. 3 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1993.
