AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Four
Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($20,437.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Fountain Creek to
pay the District's share of the total costs for the construction
of storm sewers in LaHavre Circle #120 Stormwater Project (P-
15443), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken by St. Louis
County, Missouri at an estimated cost of Forty Thousand Eight
Hundred Seventy-five Dollars ($40,875.00), and
WHEREAS, the District has agreed to contribute Twenty
Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-seven Dollars ($20,437.00) toward the
total costs of said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Four Hundred
Thirty-seven Dollars ($20,437.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement fund of
Fountain Creek to pay the District's share of the total costs for
the construction of storm sewers in LaHavre Circle #120 Stormwater
Project (P-15443), in unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1993.
