AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
Lot 1 of the Subdivision of Part of Lot 6 of W.F. Musick's
Subdivision, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of the subject
easement, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of a
sewer easement are hereby vacated, to wit: Three 10 foot wide parcels of ground being a part of Lot 1 of the Subdivision of Part of Lot 6 of W.F. Musick's Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 31 of the St. Louis County Records, and being more particularly described as follows: Parcel 1: Commencing at the Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 1; thence along the southern boundary line of said Lot 1 North 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 10.00 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said line North 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 8.83 feet to a point; thence departing said line North 35 degrees 30 minutes 05 seconds East for a distance of 10.02 feet to a point; thence South 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds East for a distance of 8.39 feet to a point; thence South 32 degrees 57 minutes 57 seconds West for a distance of 10.00 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 2: Commencing at the Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 1; thence along the southern boundary line of said Lot 1 North 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 28.85 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said line North 57 degrees 46 minutes

47 seconds West for a distance of 77.48 feet to a point; thence departing said line North 35 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds East for a distance of 10.02 feet to a point; thence South 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds East for a distance of 77.48 feet to a point; thence South 35 degrees 30 minutes 05 seconds West for a distance of 10.02 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of aforesaid Lot 1; thence along the southern boundary line of said Lot 1 North 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 155.39 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing along said line North 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds West for a distance of 97.75 feet to a point; thence departing said line North 42 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds East for a distance of 10.17 feet to a point; thence South 57 degrees 46 minutes 47 seconds East for a distance of 96.48 feet to a point; thence South 35 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds West for a distance of 10.02 feet to the point of beginning.
