Home My Public Portal About08890 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8890 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in Lot 20-B of "The Resubdivision of Lot 20 of Executive Industrial Park", in the City of Fenton, in St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portion of the subject easement, and this District has no further use for said portion. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: A tract of land being part of Lot 20-B of "THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 20 OF EXECUTIVE INDUSTRIAL PARK", in Fractional Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri, and being more particularly described as: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 20-B of "THE RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 20 OF EXECUTIVE INDUSTRIAL PARK"; thence Northwardly along the East line of Lot 20-B North 00o02'20" West 80.00 feet to the Northeast corner of an existing easement to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District as recorded in Deed Book 7937, Page 2498; thence along the North line of said easement North 89o29'45" West 35.84 feet; thence continuing along said North line of easement North 76o44'43" West 1.14 feet to the actual point of beginning, said point being in the South face of an existing one story brick building; thence along the South face of existing building the following courses South 89o29'05" West 121.02 feet, North 00o07'15" West 10.05 feet, South 89o24'54" West 31.99 feet, North 00o50'56" West 15.11 feet, South 89o30'35" West 64.05 feet to the Southwest corner of existing brick building; thence Northwardly along West face of existing building North 00o23'25" West 0.55 feet; thence leaving the face of said building North 77o08'57" West 165.86 feet; thence South 89o57'40" West 26.63 feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 20-B; thence Northwardly along said West line of Lot 20-B 2 North 00o29'00" West 35.00 feet to the Northwest corner of the aforementioned Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement; thence along the North line of said easement South 76o44'43" East 417.04 feet to the actual point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 237, Page 79 of the St. Louis County Records. 3 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1993.
