AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-seven Thousand
Dollars ($67,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for engineering
services for the final design of PB-05 Deer Creek to Des Peres
Drive Sanitary Relief (90072); and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract E-774 with
Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-seven Thousand Dollars
($67,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for
engineering services for the final design of PB-05 Deer Creek to
Des Peres Drive Sanitary Relief (90072).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-774 with
Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc. for engineering
services for the final design of PB-05 Deer Creek to Des Peres
Drive Sanitary Relief (90072); and contract to be comprised of
such terms and conditions as are approved by the office of the
General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
