AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in a tract of
land in Section 34, Township 45 North, Range 4 East, and in
Section 3, Township 44 North,Range 4 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the northernmost corner of a tract of land conveyed to Kensington West, Inc. as per deed recorded in Book 6477, Page 2195 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along a Western line of said tract, South 00 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds West, 187.54 feet; thence leaving said line, South 89 degrees 14 minutes 39 seconds East, 5.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 45 minutes 21 seconds west, 11.00 feet to a point on the centerline of a 10 foot wide easement to Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District per plat recorded in Plat Book 135, Page 57 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along said centerline, the following courses and distances: South 13 degrees 39 minutes 00 seconds West, 238 feet; thence South 0 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West, 178 feet to a point; thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West, 5.00 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence North 89 degrees 09 minutes 00 seconds West, 123 feet to the point of ending, EXCEPTING THEREFROM: that portion of said easement coinciding with that sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by easement plat recorded in deed Book 9116, Pages 2255, 2256 and 2257 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
