AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of a sewer easement in
a tract of land in U.S. Survey 122, Township 45 North, Range 3
East, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at a point being the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Crown Industrial Park Plat 1, as recorded in Plat Book 216, Pages 91 and 92 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 82 degrees 30 minutes East along the southern property line of said Lot 1 a distance of 10.40 feet to a point; thence South 08 degrees 30 minutes East leaving said property line a distance of 257.29 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 08 degrees 30 minutes East a distance of 82.70 feet to a point; thence South 78 degrees 21 minutes West a distance of 79.62 feet to a point; thence North 34 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 14.42 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 21 minutes East a distance of 61.43 feet to a point; thence North 08 degrees 30 minutes West a distance of 62.50 feet to a point; thence North 34 degrees 27 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 14.67 feet to the point of beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 216, Pages 91 and 92 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
