HomeMy Public PortalAbout08915 O R D I N A N C E NO. 8915 AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a ten (10) foot wide sewer easement in part of Lot 3 of John Hezel Estates, U.S. Survey 1923, Section 4, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County, Missouri. WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The portion of a ten (10) foot wide sewer easement described below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the East line of Mason Road, 30 feet wide, said point being 148 feet more or less North of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of John Hezel Estates; thence along the centerline the following courses and distances, South 83 degrees 03 minutes 20 seconds East 24.71 feet; North 71 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East 229.49 feet; South 72 degrees 58 minutes 45 seconds East 203.00 feet; South 32 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East 172.58 feet; South 79 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East 150.00 feet; South 04 degrees 28 minutes 30 seconds East 91.00 feet to a point on the South line of said Lot 3, said point being 700 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 3, as recorded in Deed Book 5980, Page 48 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting therefrom: that portion of said easement coinciding with that sewer easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by easement plat recorded in Deed Book 9138, Pages 296, 297 and 298 of the St. Louis County Records.
