AN ORDINANCE, vacating a drainage area easement in Lot
86 of Shepard Estates, a subdivision, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The drainage area easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point which from the Northeast corner of said Lot 86 bears North 51 degrees 45 minutes 53 seconds West 35.00 feet; thence South 68 degrees 37 minutes 27 seconds West 228.56 feet to a point; thence along a line 25 feet East of and parallel to the West property line of said Lot 86 North 38 degrees 24 minutes 03 seconds East 49.66 feet to a point; thence North 68 degrees 37 minutes 27 seconds East 170.98 feet to a point on the North property line of said Lot 86; thence along the North line of said Lot 86 South 51 degrees 45 minutes 53 seconds East 28.98 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 4994.20 square feet, according to the record plat recorded in Plat Book 276, Pages 66 and 67 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
