AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Hageman Crossing, a subdivision, in St.
Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Three parcels of land located in Hageman Crossing, a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 268, Page 34 of the St. Louis
County Records, and being more particularly described as: Parcel 1 A tract of land being part of the southern 10.00 feet of Lots 1 and 2 of "Hageman Crossing", said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southern line of said Lot 2 with a line parallel with and 5.00 feet West of the eastern line of said Lot 2; thence along the southern line of said Lots 1 and 2 North 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds West 211.13 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet East of the western line of said Lot 1 North 13 degrees 33 minutes 15 seconds West 11.74 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet North of the southern line of said Lots 1 and 2 South 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds East 215.73 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet West of the eastern line of said Lot 2 South 09 degrees 15 minutes 39 seconds East 10.12 feet to the point of beginning.

Parcel 2 A tract of land being part of the southern 10.00 feet in Lots 3 and 4 of "Hageman Crossing", said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the southern line of said Lot 4 with a line parallel with and 5.00 feet West of the eastern line of said Lot 4; thence along the southern line of said Lots 3 and 4 North 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds West 93.22 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet East of the western line of said Lot 3 North 09 degrees 15 minutes 39 seconds East 10.12 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet North of the southern line of said Lots 3 and 4 South 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds East 100.31 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet West of the eastern line of said Lot 4 South 47 degrees 03 minutes 06 seconds West 11.44 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 3 A tract of land being part of the southern 10.00 feet in Lot 5 of "Hageman Crossing", said tract being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeastern corner of said Lot 5; thence along the southern line of said Lot 5 North 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds West 130.39 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 5.00 feet East of the western line of said Lot 5 North 47 degrees 03 minutes 06 seconds East 11.44 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10.00 feet North of the southern line of said Lot 5 South 71 degrees 58 minutes 58 seconds East 125.78 feet; thence along the eastern line of said Lot 5 South 23 degrees 22 minutes 28 seconds West 10.04 feet to the point of beginning.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
