AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($430,000.00) from the Clean
Water Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for additional
project costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed
Overflow Regulation System Central Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-07C,
91120C), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8491, adopted September 18,
1991, appropriated the initial funding for said project costs, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 7.120 of the Plan of the
District, the appropriation effected herein will not result in a
deficit at the end of the current budget year,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($430,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Clean Water
Capital Improvement Trust Fund to be used for additional project
costs for the construction of the Bissell Point Watershed Overflow
Regulation System Central Sewer Rehabilitation (BP-07C, 91120C),
in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
