AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-five Thousand
Dollars ($95,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
asbestos removal for the Hampton South Building Renovation
(93019).
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-five Thousand Dollars
($95,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for asbestos removal for the Hampton South Building
Renovation (93019).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
