AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Fifty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Fifty-three Dollars ($59,553.00)
from the Emergency Fund for additional project costs for emergency
sewer repairs in 8th and Olive Street Emergency Sewer Repairs
(93022), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8796, adopted October 14, 1992,
provided the initial funding for said emergency sewer repairs, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Fifty-nine Thousand Five
Hundred Fifty-three Dollars ($59,553.00) is hereby appropriated
from the Emergency Fund for additional project costs for emergency
sewer repairs in 8th and Olive Street Emergency Sewer Repairs
(93022), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
