AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-five Thousand Seventy
Dollars ($45,070.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of University City for a portion of
the costs of the UR-5 RDP Sanitary Relief Phase I (P-7523-01)
sanitary relief project, in the City of Overland, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken in cooperation
with Mrs. Alison's Cookie Co., and the District has agreed to
contribute a portion of the total costs therein, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-five Thousand Seventy
Dollars ($45,070.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of University City
for a portion of the costs of the UR-5 Sanitary Relief Phase I (P-
7523-01) sanitary relief project in the City of Overland,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
