AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Ninety-four Thousand
Dollars ($94,000.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River Bonfils for
engineering services for the final design of Bonfils Sanitary
Sewer Rehabilitation Phase III (92069); and authorizing the
Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Contract
E-780 with Farnsworth, Reinhardt Polk, Inc. for the aforesaid
engineering services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Ninety-four Thousand Dollars
($94,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Missouri River
Bonfils for engineering services for the final design of Bonfils
Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase III (92069).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Contract E-780 with
Farnsworth, Reinhardt Polk, Inc. for engineering services for the
final design of Bonfils Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Phase III
(92069); and contract to be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1993.
