AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, and pursuant to the Plan of The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District and the laws of the State of Missouri, to enter
into contracts with the St. Louis County Water Company, the City
of St. Louis, the City of Florissant, the City of Kirkwood, the
City of Webster Groves, and the City of Valley Park, respectively,
for the termination of water service to any premises within the
District which have accrued delinquent sewer service charges.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, and pursuant to the Plan of The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District and the laws of the State of Missouri, to
enter into contracts with the St. Louis County Water Company, the
City of St. Louis, the City of Florissant, the City of Kirkwood,
the City of Webster Groves, and the City of Valley Park,
respectively, for the termination of water service to any premises
within the District which have accrued delinquent sewer service
charges.
Section Two. The contracts as authorized in Section
One of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the Executive Director and General
Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1993.
