AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 3 of the Resubdivision of Lot 1 of Sappington Heights, a
subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the west line of Emil Avenue, said point being North 01 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West, 49.20 feet north of the southeast corner of land described in deed to Charles Knoll and Tammy Knoll, recorded in Deed Book 7701, Page 1949 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records; thence South 87 degrees 22 minutes 38 seconds West, 268.25 feet to the east line of land conveyed to Petree Centre, Inc. in deed recorded in Deed Book 9363, Page 1760 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records, being North 00 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, 49.28 feet north of the southwest corner of said Knoll tract; thence along the said east line of Petree Center, Inc., North 00 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East, 1.05 feet; thence North 85 degrees 46 minutes 22 seconds East, 268.21 feet to the west line of said Emil Avenue; thence along said west line, South 01 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds East, 8.55 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 64 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1993.
