AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 20 of Christopher Lake Estates, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the southwestern corner of said Lot 20, thence along the southern line of said Lot 20, North 78 degrees 00 minutes 42 seconds East, 16.71 feet to the true point of beginning of the herein described tract of land; thence along a line parallel to and fifteen feet east of the western line of Lot 20, northeasterly 86.75 feet along a curve to the left having a radius of 504.24 feet and a chord bearing North 08 degrees 48 minutes 44 seconds East, 86.65 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 03 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, 20.00 feet to a point; thence departing said parallel line, North 41 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, 7.07 feet to a point; thence along a line parallel to and ten feet east of the western line of Lot 20, North 03 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, 20.00 feet to a point; thence departing said parallel line, North 48 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds East, 14.14 feet to a point; thence along a line parallel to and twenty feet east of the western line of Lot 20, South 03 degrees 53 minutes 00 seconds West, 55.00 feet to a point of curvature; thence southwesterly 85.21 feet along a curve to the right having a radius of 509.24 feet and a chord bearing South 08 degrees 40 minutes 37 seconds West, 85.11 feet to a point on the southern line of Lot 20, as aforementioned; thence along said southern line, South 78 degrees 00 minutes 42 seconds West, 5.54 feet to the point of beginning, containing 817 square feet (0.02 acres, more or less), according to a subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 262, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1993.
