AN ORDINANCE, vacating any right, title or interest of
the District in a portion of a road, being a tract of land in
Section 9, Township 44 North, Range 4 East, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of this land has requested that this
District vacate any right, title or interest that it may have in
the subject portion of said road, and has granted to the District
a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District
hereby vacates any right, title or interest that it may have in
the following described portion of a road (Old Kiefer Creek Road):
The forty (40) foot wide road, being part of Section 9,
Township 44 North, Range 4 East: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of the North One-Half of the Northeast One-Quarter of said Section 9 with the North right-of-way line of Old Kiefer Creek Road; thence along said right-of-way line of Old Kiefer Creek Road the following courses and distances: North 67 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 52.44 feet, South 87 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds East 204.43 feet, South 43 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East 327.62 feet, South 58 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds East 122.44 feet, South 66 degrees 13 minutes 23 seconds East 78.78 feet, along a curve to the left whose radius point bears South 07 degrees 15 minutes 08 seconds West 860.02 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 108.24 feet, North 58 degrees 20 minutes 35 seconds West 110.24 feet, North 43 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds West 316.76 feet, North 87 degrees 15 minutes 20 seconds West 179.28 feet, South 67 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 109.91 feet, South 82 degrees

50 minutes 40 seconds West 103.42 feet, North 07 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds West 40.00 feet, North 82 degrees 50 minutes 40 seconds East 97.96 feet and North 67 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 61.05 feet to the point of beginning, excepting therefrom the ten (10) foot wide easements recorded in Deed Book 7558, Pages 773 and 774 and Deed Book 7572, Pages 1380 and 1381 of the St. Louis County Records.

The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1993.
