AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lots 22 and
23 of Block 2 of Clayshire, a subdivision in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has not further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: A ten (10) foot wide strip of land in Lots 22 and 23 in Block 2 of Clayshire, said strip being an east-west ten foot wide easement and said strip being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the western line of said Lot 23 with the southern line of said easement, said point being North 07 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East 25.38 feet from the southwestern corner of said Lot 23; thence continuing along the western line of said Lot 23 North 07 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East 10.23 feet to the northern line of said easement; thence along said northern line South 70 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds East 139.47 feet; thence along a line perpendicular to said northern line South 19 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West 10.00 feet to the southern line of said easement; thence along said southern line North 70 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West 137.29 feet to the point of beginning according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 40, Page 38 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 14, 1993.
