AN ORDINANCE, appropriating a total of One Million
Three Hundred Fifty Thousand dollars ($1,350,000.00), to be funded
as follows: Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($730,000.00)
from the Reserve for Real Property Purchase, Improvements and
Alterations Fund and Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($620,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
construction of the remainder of the Hampton South Building
Renovation (93019); and authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer to enter into Amendment #2 to Contract E-772
with Korte Construction Company for the aforesaid services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named funds
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The total sum of One Million Three
Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,350,000.00), to be funded as
follows: Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($730,000.00) from
the Reserve for Real Property Purchase, Improvements and
Alterations Fund and Six Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars
($620,000.00) from the General Fund of the District is hereby
appropriated for construction of the remainder of the Hampton
South Building Renovation (93019).
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized to enter into Amendment #2 to
Contract E-772 with Korte Construction Company for construction of
the remainder of the Hampton South Building Renovation (93019).
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
