AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with D. Bennish
Construction Company for the construction, rebuilding and/or
replacing inlets, manholes, inlet manholes and replacing sewer
pipe in Infrastructure Repair #067 (Maintenance) 92138, in the
Cities of Ballwin, Bridgeton, Chesterfield, Ellisville,
Manchester, Maryland Heights, Valley Park and unincorporated St.
Louis County, Missouri, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the
Plan of the District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to D. Bennish Construction Company for the
construction, rebuilding and/or replacing inlets, manholes, inlet
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Infrastructure Repair #067
(Maintenance) 92138, in the Cities of Ballwin, Bridgeton,
Chesterfield, Ellisville, Manchester, Maryland Heights, Valley
Park and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 15th day of April, 1993 and formally executed on
the 11th day of May, 1993 by said contractor and by the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District is
hereby confirmed, in compliance with Section 9.040 of the Plan of
the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
