AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000.00) from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Lower
Meramec River Basin to be used for additional project costs for
the construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #018P
North Forest (90047), in the City of Valley Park, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8892, as adopted February 10,
1993, appropriated the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($130,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Lower Meramec
River Basin to be used for additional project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Infrastructure Repair #018P
North Forest (90047), in the City of Valley Park, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
