AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 27 of Martigney Gardens Plat No. 2, a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 27 of Martigney Gardens Plat No. 2, said point being on the East line of Bordeaux Drive, 50 feet wide; thence along the East line of Bordeaux Drive and the West line of Lot 27 a distance of 7.50 feet to a point, said point being on the North line of a 7.50 foot wide easement as shown on the plat of Martigney Gardens Plat No. 2; thence East along the North line of said 7.50 foot easement a distance of 30.00 feet to the point of beginning of the area to be vacated; thence continuing along the North line said 7.50 foot easement a distance of 34.50 feet to a point; thence South along a line perpendicular to the last mentioned line a distance of 1.10 feet to a point; thence West along a line parallel to the North line of said 7.50 foot easement a distance of 34.50 feet to a point; thence North along a line perpendicular to the last mentioned line a distance of 1.10 feet to the point of beginning of the area hereby vacated, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 85, Page 22 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
