AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in a
tract of land in Section 1, Township 44 North, Range 3 East, in
St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portions of subject
easements, and this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
Three parcels of land located in Section 1, Township 44
North, Range 3 East, in St. Louis County, Missouri. Two parcels
being portions of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed
Book 8498, Page 346 of the St. Louis County Records. One parcel
being a portion of a twenty (20') foot wide easement recorded in
Deed Book 8498, Page 346 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1: Beginning at the Northeast corner of "Phase Seven A of Sandalwood Creek Condominiums", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 285, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being a point in the South line of property conveyed to Henry F. Bopp and Cora M. Bopp by deed recorded in Book 5346, Page 364 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds East 60.29 feet along the South line of said Bopp property to a point; thence South 01 degrees 29 minutes 42 seconds West 15.00 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 29 minutes 42 seconds West 145.00 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 30

minutes 18 seconds West 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 29 minutes 42 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds East 90.00 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 29 minutes 42 seconds East 135.00 feet to the actual point of beginning. Parcel 2: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Phase Seven A of Sandalwood Creek Condominiums", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 285, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being a point in the South line of property conveyed to Henry F. Bopp and Cora M. Bopp by deed recorded in Book 5346, Page 364 of the St. Louis County Records; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds East 209.31 feet along the South line of said Bopp property to a point; thence South 10 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds East 15.35 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 10 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds East 57.39 feet to a point; thence South 87 degrees 40 minutes 39 seconds East 277.87 feet to a point; thence South 00 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds West 222.18 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds West 190.13 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 52 minutes 45 seconds East 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 07 minutes 15 seconds East 179.87 feet to a point; thence North 00 degrees 26 minutes 09 seconds East 202.24 feet to a point; thence North 87 degrees 40 minutes 39 seconds West 267.09 feet to a point; thence South 01 degree 29 minutes 42 seconds West 82.93 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds West 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 01 degree 29 minutes 42 seconds East 87.46 feet to a point; thence North 10 degrees 50 minutes 09 seconds West 63.00 feet to a point; thence South 88 degrees 30 minutes 18 seconds East 10.24 feet to the actual point of beginning. Parcel 3: Beginning at a point on the East line of "Phase Seven A of Sandalwood Creek Condominiums", a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 285, Page 35 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being distant South 26 degrees 50 minutes 29 seconds West 309.48 feet from the Northeast corner thereof; thence along a curve to the left whose radius point bears

North 26 degrees 50 minutes 29 seconds East 325.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 141.58 feet to a point ;thence South 88 degrees 07 minutes 07 seconds East 168.79 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears South 01 degree 52 minutes 53 seconds West 95.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 62.78 feet to a point; thence North 88 degrees 07 minutes 07 seconds West 227.10 feet to a point; thence along a curve to the right whose radius point bears North 01 degree 52 minutes 53 seconds East 345.00 feet from the last mentioned point, a distance of 150.29 feet to the aforesaid East line of "Phase Seven A of Sandalwood Creek Condominiums"; thence North 26 degrees 50 minutes 29 seconds East 20.00 feet along said East line of "Phase Seven A of Sandalwood Creek Condominiums" to the point of beginning.
