AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 74 of Dawn Meadows Subdivision Plat No. 3, in the City of
Florissant, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a
seven and one-half foot (7-1/2') wide sewer easement is hereby
vacated, to wit: Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 74 of the aforesaid "DAWN MEADOWS SUBDIVISION PLAT NO. 3", thence North 37o26' East, along the East line of the aforesaid Lot 74, 30 feet, thence leaving said East line North 52o34' West, along the front building line of Lot 74, 6.5 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence continuing along said building line North 52o34' West one foot, thence leaving said building line North 37o26' East 31 feet, thence South 52o34' East one foot, thence South 37o26' West 31 feet to the point of beginning and containing 31 square feet more or less, according to the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 108, Pages 94 and 95 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
