AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 27 of
Sunset Ridge Estates, a subdivision in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said sewer easement, and this
District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 27; thence along the North line of said Lot 27 South 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds East, 10.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said North line South 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds East, 266.30 feet; thence leaving said North line, 10 feet (10') West of and parallel to the Northwest right-of way line of Keller (55'w.) Road South 43 degrees 15 minutes 42 seconds West, 13.68 feet; thence 10 feet (10') South of and parallel to the said North line, North 89 degrees 47 minutes 18 seconds West, 257.24 feet; thence 10 feet (10') East of and parallel to the West line of said Lot 27 North 01 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East 10.00 feet to the point of beginning, according to the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 308, Page 58 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
