AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 14 of Greenbriar Woods, a subdivision in the City of Kirkwood,
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of an
irregular width sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence along the North line of said Lot, North 89 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 60 feet; thence leaving said North line, South 00 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 12 feet to the point of beginning of the tract herein described; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 21.88 feet to a point 5 feet West of an existing sanitary sewer line; thence on a line 5 feet West of and parallel to said line, South 15 degrees 00 minutes West a distance of 76.00 feet; thence leaving said parallel line, North 16 degrees 03 minutes 39 seconds West a distance of 25.98 feet; thence North 00 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 63.14 feet to the point of beginning; according to the subdivision recorded in Plat Book 291, Page 98 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993.
