O R D I N A N C E NO. 8996
AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 209 and 216 of The Meadows at Concord Plat 2, in St. Louis
County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested
this District to vacate the portions of subject easements, and
this District has no further use for said portions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in The Meadows at Concord Plat 2, as recorded in Plat Book 315, Page 100 of the St. Louis County records, said two parcels being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Deed Book 6421, Page 1990 of the St. Louis County records. One parcel is located in Lot 209 of The Meadows at Concord Record Plat 2, and parcel two is located in Lot 216 of said subdivision. Parcel 1 Commencing at the northeast corner of aforesaid Lot 209; thence along the east line of said Lot 209 South 57 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 25.00 feet to a point on the east line of aforesaid Lot 209; thence South 42 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds west for a distance of 4.79 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 57 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds East for a distance of 85.05 feet to a point; thence South 35 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds West for a distance of 10.02 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds West for a distance of 86.31 feet to a point; thence North 42 degrees 37 minutes 11 seconds East for a distance of 10.17 feet to the true point of beginning.
Parcel 2 Commencing at the northeast corner of aforesaid Lot 216; thence along the east line of said Lot 216 South 57 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 15.02 feet to a point on the east line of aforesaid Lot 216; thence South 35 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds west for a distance of 3.48 feet to the true point of beginning; thence South 57 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds East for a distance of 77.79 feet to a point; thence South 35 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 10.02 feet to a point; thence North 57 degrees 44 minutes 49 seconds West for a distance of 77.75 feet to a point; thence North 35 degrees 27 minutes 46 seconds East for a distance of 10.02 feet to the true point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 12, 1993. 2
