AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Three Hundred Thirty-eight
Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($338,520.00) from the
General Fund of the District for the acquisition of certain water
usage and customer identification information necessary for the
District's user charge billing; and authorizing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District to
enter into an agreement with St. Louis County Water Company
whereby said St. Louis County Water Company will provide the
District with the aforesaid information.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Three Hundred Thirty-eight
Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Dollars ($338,520.00) is hereby
appropriated from the General Fund of the District for the
acquisition of certain water usage and customer identification
information necessary for the District's user charge billing.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an agreement with St. Louis
County Water Company whereby said St. Louis County Water Company
will provide the District with certain water usage and customer
identification information necessary for the District's user

charge billing.
Section Three. The agreement authorized in Section Two
of this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions
as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of the
District.
Section Four. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
