AN ORDINANCE, awarding contracts to The Hartford
Specialty Insurance Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent) and
the Travelers Indemnity Company (Johnson & Higgins, Inc., agent)
for the District's Excess Earthquake Insurance coverage from July
1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Hartford Specialty Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Excess Earthquake
Insurance coverage, for cumulative earthquake damage ranging from
$75 Million through $100 Million, at a premium of Seventeen
Thousand Dollars ($17,000.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Excess Earthquake Insurance coverage
from July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
Section Two. The Travelers Indemnity Company, who
submitted a quote for the District's Excess Earthquake Insurance
coverage, for cumulative earthquake damage ranging from $100
Million through $200 Million, at a premium of Thirty-five Thousand
Dollars ($35,000.00) for such policy period, is hereby awarded the
contract for such Excess Earthquake Insurance coverage from July
1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
