AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to Lumbermen's Mutual
Insurance Company, (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for the
District's Contractor's Equipment Insurance (Inland Marine)
coverage from July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Lumbermen's Mutual Insurance Company,
who submitted a quote for the District's Contractor's Equipment
Insurance coverage, at a premium of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Twenty Dollars ($5,520.00) for such policy period, is hereby
awarded the contract for such Contractor's Equipment Insurance
coverage from July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
