AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to the Twin City Fire
Insurance Company (Hartford), (Johnson & Higgins Inc., agent) for
the District's Primary Premise (Owner's, Landlords, & Tenants) and
General Liability Insurance coverage from July 1, 1993 to June 30,
1994.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Twin City Fire Insurance Company
(Hartford), who submitted a quote for the District's Primary
Premise Liability Insurance coverage, at a premium of Ninety-five
Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-four Dollars ($95,384.00) for such
policy period, is hereby awarded the contract for such Primary
Premise (Owner's, Landlords, & Tenants) and General Liability
Insurance coverage from July 1, 1993 to June 30, 1994. The
premium amount as hereinabove stated is subject to audit
adjustment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
