AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($2,700.00) from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for additional engineering services for the final
design of Conway-Brynwyck Sanitary Relief Phase II CC-05 (92045);
pursuant to Contract E-757 with David Mason & Associates, Inc.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8760, adopted September 9, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for said services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred
Dollars ($2,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary
Replacement Fund for additional engineering services for the final
design of Conway-Brynwyck Sanitary Relief Phase II CC-05 (92045).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
