AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000.00) from the General Fund of the
District for additional architectural/engineering services for the
design of the Hampton South Building Renovation (93019), pursuant
to Contract E-768 with David Mason & Associates, Inc..
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8838, adopted December 11, 1992,
appropriated the initial funding for said services, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty Thousand Dollars
($60,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for additional architectural/engineering services for the
design of the Hampton South Building Renovation (93019).
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
