HomeMy Public PortalAbout09025 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9025 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of White Bridge Meadows, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed to grant to the District suitable alternate easements, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Four parcels of land located in White Bridge Meadows as recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11; two parcels being a thirty foot (30') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and two parcels being part of a ten foot (10') wide easement recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel 1 A north-south 30 foot wide easement in the western part of Lot 2 of White Bridge Meadows, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and said easement being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the western line of said 30 foot wide easement with the northern line of said Lot 2, distant South 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 70.00 feet from the northwestern corner of said Lot 2; thence along the northern line of said Lot 2 South 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 30.00 feet to the eastern line of said easement; thence along said eastern line South 00 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds West 145.95 feet to the southern line of said Lot 2; thence along said southern line North 89 degrees 2 30 minutes 00 seconds West 30.00 feet to the western line of said easement; thence along said western line North 00 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East 145.95 feet to the point of beginning, excepting the southern ten (10) feet thereof. Parcel 2 A north-south 30 foot wide easement in the western part of Lot 3 of White Bridge Meadows, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and said easement being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northern line of said Lot 3 with the western line of said easement, distant South 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 70.00 feet from the northwestern corner of said Lot 3; thence along the northern line of said Lot 3 South 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East 30.00 feet to the eastern line of said easement; thence along said eastern line South 00 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds West 110.54 feet to the northern line of a 10 foot wide easement dedicated to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District by deed recorded in Book 4371, Page 174 of the St. Louis County Records; thence along the northern line of said 10 foot wide Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District easement North 89 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West 9.16 feet and South 72 degrees 41 minutes 00 seconds West 21.89 feet to the western line of said 30 foot wide easement; thence along said western line North 00 degrees 31 minutes 00 seconds East 117.24 feet to the point of beginning, excepting the Northern ten (10) feet thereof. Parcel 3 An east-west 10 foot wide easement in the northern part of Lot 4 of White Bridge Meadows, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and said easement being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the northern line of said easement with the northern line of said Lot 4, distant South 76 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds East 81.23 feet from the northwestern corner of said Lot 4 on the eastern line of White Bridge Meadows Lane, 30 3 feet wide and private; thence along the northern line of said Lot 4 South 76 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds East 39.65 feet to the southern line of said easement; thence along said southern line South 88 degrees 25 minutes 03 seconds West 125.07 feet to a point on a curve concave to the east having a radius of 135 feet, a radial line through said point bears South 64 degrees 27 minutes 58 seconds East; thence along said curve northwardly, through a delta angle of 04 degrees 52 minutes 50 seconds, 11.50 feet to the northern line of said easement; thence along the northern line of said easement North 88 degrees 25 minutes 03 seconds East 81.03 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel 4 An east-west 10 foot wide easement in the southern part of Lot 5 of White Bridge Meadows, a subdivision recorded in Plat Book 311, Page 11 of the St. Louis County Records, and said easement being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the northern line of said easement with the southern line of said Lot 5, distant South 76 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds East 81.23 feet from the southwestern corner of said Lot 5 on the eastern line of White Bridge Meadows Lane, 30 feet wide and private; thence along the northern line of said easement North 88 degrees 25 minutes 03 seconds East 285.78 feet; thence along a line parallel with and distant 10 feet west of the eastern line of Lot 4 of said subdivision South 00 degrees 32 minutes 00 seconds West 10.01 feet to the southern line of said easement; thence along said southern line of said easement South 88 degrees 25 minutes 03 seconds West 247.04 feet to the southern line of said Lot 5; thence along the southern line of said Lot 5 North 76 degrees 58 minutes 29 seconds West 39.65 feet to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
