AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 9 of
Country Day Place in the City of Creve Coeur, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The irregular width easement in Lot 9 of Country Day Place as
shown on the subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book
107, Pages 74 and 75 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
