AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 3 of
Maryville Center Plat Two in the City of Town and Country, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit:
The easement as recorded in Deed Book 8267, Pages 521-523 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 9, 1993.
