WIIEREAS, application has been properly nmde to the Mayor and Council of the
~h of Carteret, New Jersey by St. Elias Byzantit'm Rite C. attmli¢
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WIIEREAS, it appears that tile applicanl (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
members designated to conducl BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant (s); and
WltEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have siguilled that the games will be played in
accoidauce with Rules 6, 7 and 8 o17the Legalized Games o17 Chance Commission's
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT AND Fl' IS IIEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Conncil of the Borough ol7 Carteret, flint the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute tile ~udorsement of the Mayor aud Couocil by issuing, upon proper
presentation ofapplicatiou aad fees, a BINGO LICENSE to the applican[ (s);
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that a cer'tified copy of this Resolution be sent
forlhwith to tile Legalized Games of Chance Control Comnfission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
