AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in U.S. Survey 902,
T. 43N., R. 5E., in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate said easement, and this District
has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The easement described below is hereby
vacated, to wit:
Commencing for reference at a point in the North line
of a 28 foot wide road known as Duchesne Parque Drive at its
intersection with the East line of U.S. Survey 902; thence along
said U.S. Survey line North 23 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East
a distance of 16.03 feet to a point of beginning:
Thence continuing along said Survey line North 23
degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds a distance of 123.77 feet to a
point; thence leaving said line South 66 degrees 30 minutes 00
seconds a distance of 163.72 feet to a point; thence along a
nontangent curve to the left having a radius of 190.00 feet an arc
distance of 32.28 feet, a chord bearing of South 84 degrees 33
minutes 58 seconds East a chord distance of 32.25 feet to a point;
thence North 66 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds East a distance of
123.05 feet to a point; thence South 23 degrees 25 minutes 00
seconds West a distance of 103.40 feet to a point; thence South 68
degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 14.65 feet to the
true point of beginning, according to the "Easement" plat recorded
in Plat Book 203, Page 66 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1993.
