AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 66 of
"The Ridges of Oakwood Farms Plat Two", a subdivision in St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at the most Southern corner of Lot 67 of the aforesaid "THE RIDGES OF OAKWOOD FARMS PLAT TWO", thence North 41o33'47" East 42.67 feet; thence South 09o03'47" West 9.31 feet to the actual point of beginning; thence South 09o03'47" West 76.80 feet; thence North 48o26'13" West 11.56 feet; thence North 09o03'47" East 54.73 feet; thence North 41o33'47" East 18.61 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.015 Acres more or less, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 313, Pages 17 through 19 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 14, 1993.
