HomeMy Public PortalAbout09054 O R D I N A N C E NO. 9054 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 91059 (Forder Road, 505-514) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 91059 (Forder Road 505-514). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 91059 (Forder Road 505-514) shall be as follows: 2 FORDER ROAD #505 - #514 Beginning at the southernmost corner of property conveyed to Irma A. Foerstel, Joseph Lindell, Jr. and Marian Lindell, Trustees by deed recorded in Book 6933 Page 310 of the St. Louis County Recorder's office, said point being on the northeastern line of Forder Road; thence southwestwardly across Forder Road to the easternmost corner of property conveyed to John T. Ryan and Helene W. Ryan his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6420 Page 1665 of said Recorder's office, said point being on the southwestern line of Forder Road; thence southwestwardly along the southeastern line of said Ryan property to a point of intersection with a line being 152.00 feet southwesterly of and parallel to said southwestern line of Forder Road a distance of 152.00 feet to a point; thence northwestwardly along a line being 152.00 feet westwardly of and parallel to the northeastern line of said Ryan property to a point on the southeastern line of property conveyed to Kent R. Jacobs and Mary Ann Jacobs his wife, by deed recorded in Book 7701 Page 101 of said Recorder's office; thence northwestwardly to a point on the western line of the Jacobs property, said point being a distance of 28.00 feet from the northwest corner of said Jacobs property as measured along said western line; thence along said western line a distance of 28.00 feet to the said northwest corner, said corner also being on the southern line of Tanya 3 Drive, a 30 foot wide private road; thence along said southern line also being the northern line of said Jacobs property to the northeast corner thereof, said corner also being on the said southern line of Forder Road; thence northeastwardly across Forder Road to a point on the said northeastern line of Forder Road, said point also being on the southwestern line of property conveyed to Wayne E. Faulkenberry and Brenda L Faulkenberry his wife, by deed recorded in Book 6916 Page 1731 of said Recorder's office, said point also being a point of intersection with a line being 109.00 feet northwestwardly of and parallel to the southeastern line of said Faulkenberry property; thence along said line to a point in the northeastern line of said Faulkenberry property; thence southeastwardly along the northeastern line of said Faulkenberry property and the northeastern line of the aforementioned Foerstel, et al property to the northeastern corner of said Foerstel, et al property; thence southwestwardly along the southeastern line of said Foerstel, et al property to the point of beginning. 4 The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1993.
