AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for additional project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Kathlyn Drive 8800 Block (90130), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 8696, adopted June 10, 1992,
provided the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Five Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($5,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to
be used for additional project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Kathlyn Drive 8800 Block (90130), in the City of
Berkeley, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1993.
