AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventeen Thousand Nine
Dollars ($17,009.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for a portion of the
costs of the Ballantrae Storm Replacement (P-18799) stormwater
project, in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
WHEREAS, said project was undertaken in cooperation
with Olsen-Smith, Inc., and the District has agreed to contribute
a portion of the total costs therein, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventeen Thousand Nine
Dollars ($17,009.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek for a
portion of the costs of the Ballantrae Storm Replacement (P-18799)
stormwater project in the City of Frontenac, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1993.
