AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 147 of Thousand Oaks Plat Three, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the portion of subject easement,
and this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a ten
foot (10') wide sewer easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Lot 147 of "Thousand Oaks Plat Three", said point being distant South 05 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds West 8.80 feet from the Northwest corner thereof; thence South 02 degrees 31 minutes 48 seconds West 12.46 feet to a point; thence North 84 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds West 0.69 feet to the aforesaid West line of Lot 147; thence North 05 degrees 41 minutes 20 seconds East 12.44 feet along said West line of Lot 147 to the point of beginning according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 239, Pages 48 and 49 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1993.
