AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-five Thousand
Dollars ($75,000.00) from the General Fund of the District for
professional consulting services related to the District's
Stormwater Credit policies, procedures and implementation; and
authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into
Contract E-790 (94020) with Camp Dresser & McKee for the aforesaid
professional consulting services.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-five Thousand Dollars
($75,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
District for professional consulting services related to the
District's Stormwater Credit policies, procedures and
implementation.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract E-790 (94020) with
Camp Dresser & McKee for professional consulting services related
to the District's Stormwater Credit policies, procedures and
implementation, said Contract to be comprised of such terms and
conditions as are approved by the office of the General Counsel of

the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
