AN ORDINANCE, prescribing the salary of the Executive
Director of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, with an
emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The salary of the Executive Director
shall be One Hundred Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-two and
no/100 Dollars ($103,272.00) per annum, payable in equal bi-weekly
installments, on and after August 9, 1993.
Section Two. The position of Executive Director is
essential to the operation of the District, and the salary for
said position must be prescribed without delay, thus creating an
emergency within the meaning of the Plan. Accordingly, this
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1993.
